There seems to be a lingering problem with the alpha version: the
environment for Emacs is empty (or mostly so); this problem, however,
only seems to appear when Emacs is compiled with optimizations.  The
implication is that you will have to install Emacs using addpm.exe and
run it using runemacs.exe (i.e., you won't be able to use a batch
file).
